Introduction to Tai Chi (Warsaw)

June 25 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Free

Facilitated by Jennifer Weinert

Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact exercise that combines movement and meditation. Practicing Tai Chi can help with stress and anxiety, brain fog, fatigue, and pain.

Jennifer Weinert, certified Tai Chi for Health Instructor, will share and answer questions about the balancing benefits of practicing Tai Chi, a slow movement, whole body exercise offering gentle resistance which is easily adaptable and can be performed seated or standing. Feel empowered physically and mentally, as you follow along and experience simple stretches and a breath movement (qigong) to encourage you. To participate, wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes with a low tread.
