The Melt class focuses on hydrating your connective tissue and easing pain. Many participants have indicated this method has improved digestion, sleeping, and reduced inflammation and stress. This technique can be done in a chair and utilizes specialized soft body rollers and small Melt hand and foot balls that are provided for the participants to use in class. Bring water to class.
