Spiritual Forest Therapy Walk

October 23 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Free

Are you experiencing high levels of stress, fatigue, depression, or anxiety? Multiple studies show that forest therapy effectively decreases pulse rates, blood pressure, and cortisol while also reducing negative emotions. The Korea Forest Service (KFS) defines forest therapy as “immune-strengthening of the human body and health-promoting activities by utilizing various elements of nature”.

Cheryl Hayes

Join us to benefit from the peace of wild places as Cheryl Hayes, Client Advocate & Spiritual Counselor, guides our time together. These walks are low impact, short distance, slow paced, and meditative.
