Cutting for the fight against Breast Cancer

Allison Stier, owner of Studio Eclipse Salon in Fort Wayne, has been diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer. To help raise money for her treatment expenses and for programs at Cancer Services, stylists and salon owners from over a dozen area salons will be participating in “Cutting for the Fight Against Breast Cancer” from noon until 6pm on Nov. 4, at Studio Eclipse Salon in Pine Valley Mall.

People who want to participate in “Cutting for the Fight Against Breast Cancer” can get a haircut, clear color gloss treatment, conditioning treatment, temporary pink chalk streaks, nail polishing, or a massage. In addition, there will be a raffle featuring a week long stay in a 2 bedroom beachfront Siesta Key vacation condo, a set of BF Goodrich tires, a pendant and earring set from Shannon Jewelers, Redken hair products and more. All services at this cut-a-thon will be for a suggested donation that is lower than the normal value. Our organization will receive 10% of the proceeds.
