How can I make a financial donation?

You may mail donations to 6316 Mutual Drive, Fort Wayne, IN 46825, or you may donate online.

Do you accept other donations?

Yes, we accept donations of wigs, medical equipment in good working order, unused nutritional drink, incontinence supplies and art supplies. We cannot accept clothing, oxygen tubing, medications, diabetic or dialysis supplies, electric scooters or lift chairs.

How does one qualify for help through Cancer Services?

Anyone living in Allen, Adams, DeKalb, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, or Whitley counties in Indiana who has been diagnosed with any type of cancer may use our programs and services.

How do I sign up?

You may visit our office to speak with a Client Advocate, or fill out an online form and a Client Advocate will call you.

Can someone else sign me up and/or pick up supplies for me?

Yes, a family member or caregiver may sign up a loved one with cancer and pick up supplies on their behalf.

How much does it cost to utilize the programs and services?

Our programs and services are offered to those with cancer and their families at no cost. Occasionally, there may be a small cost for a special program.

Do I have to be a registered client to attend your programs?

No, anyone may attend our programs, but we encourage you to call to reserve your spot.

What kinds of programs and services do you offer?

Our programs and services are designed to alleviate the emotional and financial burdens associated with cancer and include financial assistance for cancer-related costs, health supplies, medical equipment, emotional support, support groups, massage, exercise, and more. Do you offer financial assistance?

Yes, we do provide financial assistance for cancer-related expenses to those who qualify. Please call and speak to a Client Advocate for more information.

What kinds of items do you have in your warehouse?

We have thousands of items in our warehouse—from incontinence products to wheelchairs and walkers. If you are looking for something specific, please call our office to inquire about its availability.

Do you provide transportation?

Yes, we provide transportation for our clients to and from radiation and chemotherapy. This is coordinated by our Client Advocates.

Do I need to sign up for programs and support groups?

So that our facilitators and program staff may plan accordingly, we ask that you call to reserve your spot for all programs.

What counties do you serve?

We serve Allen, Adams, DeKalb, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, or Whitley counties. Our service area does not include Ohio or Michigan.

What if I have insurance? May I still use your services?

Yes, our programs and services are available for anyone diagnosed with cancer.

Do you serve children with cancer?

Yes, we have a Client Advocate devoted to caring for children with cancer and their families.
