Eating predominantly plant-based foods may improve your overall health and even decrease risk of and help combat cancer. Please join us as Registered Dietitian Abigail Creigh explains the pros and cons, provides a food demonstration (with samples!), and speaks to the impact this approach to eating has on cancer specifically.
