Forest Bathing

September 22 @ 9:30 am - 11:30 am

Free

Are you experiencing high levels of stress, fatigue, depression, or anxiety? Multiple studies show that forest bathing effectively decreases pulse rates, blood pressure, and cortisol while also reducing negative emotions. The Korea Forest Service (KFS) defines forest bathing as “immune-strengthening of the human body and health-promoting activities by utilizing various elements of nature”.

Join us to benefit from the peace of wild places as Ann Beeching, Certified Forest Therapy Guide, guides our time together. Forest bathing is low impact, short distance, slow paced, and meditative.
