Meditation is a relaxing way to still the mind and learn to stay calm. This weekly class focuses on awakening the extraordinary powers of the mind without a complicated or mysterious process. Classes taught by Pranayoga foundations’ 500-hour and oncology-trained yoga teachers specializing in cancer and chronic illness. Classes focus on community support, therapeutic movement, breathing, relaxation, and meditation for pain management.
