Alan Clayton, a certified Tai Chi instructor and 19-year student of the art will instruct you in this ancient Chinese exercise. Its purpose is to use slow movements to relax the body and mind, improve balance and breathing, and strengthen the cardiovascular and immune systems. Open to the community at no charge.
